The cinnamon swirl French toast! Super delish!

Lived in Frankfort for 9 years and ate here at least 5 times a month. Great food, good selection, friendly service and reasonable prices. We miss it.

Delicious Breakfast Meals, Big Portions, Fast and Friendly Service. Kris was very friendly and personable... Always checking on us and refilling our coffee. Highly recommend the Greek Skillet!!! and Cinnamon Swirl Fench Toast.

Excellent local cuisine with great selection of unique items, especially for breakfast: Some of my favorites are their Greek skillet, breakfast tacos and a special recipe for sausage gravy that is absolutely delicious.

Good food! Food came quick and hot! Call ahead seating was great since we had a wheel chair and service dog.Thank You to Owner/Manager

Country Charm has a great atmosphere, is clean and has a very friendly staff. My only complaint is that it was freezing outside and it was cold inside. I would have liked to have had more heat, my food would have stayed warm long enough to be eaten and I would have been more comfortable. The temperature certainly isn't going to discourage me from going back, I'll just wait until summer.

Been here a few times with family. It CAN get busy so plan for that especially on weekends but the food and people are both very good.

Great service, good menu options, very fast turnaround from putting the order in to getting food on the table.The Charm is a Route 30 corridor staple, it is well run and adequately staffed so you can get a great value breakfast or lunch then get on with your day.I get the bacon and avocado omelet or the cinnamon french toast.

So everytime I visit New Lenox, my friend Lauren and I go here. Absolutely love the food and atmosphere. Service is great, and the staff is aswell. All around one of my favorite places to eat.

I visit this spot a lot since I work nearby. I got to say the customer service is always great and they keep the place well organized all the time. Prices are convenient and they serve big portions.

Fantastic food for breakfast with reasonable prices for high quality. Service is phenomenal! Not tour typical breakfast joint. Despite line out the door your sitting in integer 10 minutes. Good comes out in less than 3 minutes. The staff service are ninjas how they serve you and keep your refills and needs on top. This is a local owned mom & pop store. Go there!

Cute, cozy place. Friendly, efficient service. Excellent spinach omlet with a side of farm-fresh tomato slices and toast. My friend's cheeseburger was equally as delicious. Highly recommended!

Typical breakfast dinner for breakfast and lunch. Service was friendly and food came out quickly.was very good and coffee cups were constantly filled. Ordered extra crispy bacon and it came out that way. Flat and crispy. Will go back. And the menu had about the right number of items. A little of this and that; no pictures and didn't take hours to read!

Heads up, on the weekends there might be a wait. And it is for good reason, the quality of the food here served is top-notch, good old-fashioned American Diner. Excellent breakfast menu the restaurant closes at 3 p.m. daily. The wait staff is friendly and on the ball. I had a bacon mushroom cheese breakfast omelette with orange juice English muffin and a glass of water and it was very good matter of fact plenty left over for a take home. If you'd like to see an example of a well-run restaurant check this place out and experience the flavors

Solid food, quick service and is always packed on the weekends. Has brown's are not that good. We come here a lot, if the hashbrowns were better would rate 5 stars.

Amazing food at very economical prices...I was actually surprised to just get a bill of 25 bucks for a kids meal and two full meals with good portions and unlimited coffee. We went there seeing the good reviews and weren't dissapointed at all. The restaurant was packed but we got our food quickly.The service was warm and friendly and very quick.Would definitely recommend this restaurant for some classic American food.

We've been going there for almost 34 years. Love the food choices, quality, and prices. The same great waitresses that were they in 1986 are still there. They've enlarged the restaurant over the years and have added more waitresses, but the same great service has not changed.

Great place for breakfast, but be prepared for a short wait at peak times. There is a very large breakfast menu with all of the staples and several unique specialties thrown in. In addition to the breakfast items, there is also a light lunch menu for those late sleepers. The service is always top notch and very attentive. Trust me, you won't leave hungry.

Tried this place before with my friend and I am addicted ever since. I loved the great character and delicious dishes and beverages. Highly recommended.

Had delivery from them yesterday during these strange times and it was fantastic! Of course, we would have preferred to have it there, but this was the next best thing!

I come here for brunch. Favorite thing to eat here is the Charm Health Club. Their soups are delicious too. The only complaint I have about this place is if the line at the entrance is long, there’s not a lot of room to stand, so you would have to sit on the bench or walk around outside until the line gets shorter. Other than that, the service is great and the people here are very nice.
